Shop Policies

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following policies and procedures, along with our general Terms + Conditions.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 

Custom Order Process

Once you submit your custom order request, we will do our best to respond within 2-3 business days via the email address you provided during checkout. After discussing and/or clarifying details of that request with you, we will send you a final price estimate, including shipping and any other fees.

Upon acceptance of the estimate, you will be invoiced for half of the agreed-upon estimate. Upon our receipt of that payment, we will begin designing your custom piece. That payment is non-refundable. Our standard turnaround time from that point until shipping is 2 weeks, but may vary depending on the piece and other factors.

After receiving your payment, we will begin designing your custom piece. You will receive one draft image of our design concept, at which time you will be able to request any changes or corrections. No changes will be accepted after that point. We will not be held liable for incorrect information after that point.

Once the work is complete and ready for shipping, you will be billed for the remaining balance. After your payment is received, your order will be shipped via USPS first class. Tracking information will be provided to you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a problem with your item. By default, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns. Any replacements or exchanges for these products are entirely at our discretion and may be subject to further fees. Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Digital Files

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

PDF prints and images may be printed for your own personal use as often as you would like, but may not be altered in any way before printing. Do not share the downloaded files with anyone, but direct them to the shop for purchase.

SVG files and brushsets may be used to create products for both personal and commercial use. They may not be shared or resold on any platform (i.e., without any additional design from you), even if modified.

Other digital file types may have other restrictions. Please refer to individual listings for specific guidelines.

Digital items are non-returnable. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We will not be held liable for incorrect information. Any replacements of products lost due to incorrect shipping information may be provided at our sole discretion, and may be subject to further fees.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

We sometimes partner with other production facilities across the United States, who aid in printing and shipping physical products. As such, items ordered at the same time may not ship together and you will be charged shipping for each product individually. We will do our best to ensure quality production and timely processing, and will strive to keep you notified of any shipping delays.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day refund and return policy on all eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. 

By default, we only offer replacements for damaged or defective items. Therefore, we ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned—such as custom products (i.e., special orders or personalized items), digital downloads, or gift cards. Any replacements or exchanges for these products are entirely at our discretion and may be subject to further fees. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We may provide an even exchange on a product of that same type and price; however, we reserve the right to approve or deny that option. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your damaged or defective good, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
